The Nexgen AT staff are all working line pilots with extensive experience as instructors and Captains across airlines in Australia and Japan.

Collectively we hold Australian, US, South African and Japanese ATPLs with type ratings on the B767, B747 Classic, B737 NG, B787, A330, A320 and the A380.

We have lived the experiences our clients go through in their quest to advance their pilot careers.

We are not HR staff removed from the reality of line flying and the “clutch moments” that occur for every pilot trying to move from regional / GA flying into high capacity jet transport operations.
